The Top Management is a believer in implementing quality procedures and wants to apply all the ISO requirements of the industry, ISO 17100, plus those of the Quality Management Standard, ISO 9001. In the consultation session with the CEO, the lady responsible for Quality Management, and the operation director, I delivered insights and an orientation on how to achieve the desired project.
