Translation Service Provider Tagdeed in Cairo - New challenges
Now certified through a combined audit EN 15038 (Austrian Standards Institute) & ISO 9001:2008 (TÜV Austria).

First ISO 9001:2008 Certification Audit for a translation & training service provider in Egypt by TÜV AUSTRIA.
Viewpoint is also certified according to EN 15038 since April 2008 by the Austrian Standards Institute - Vienna / Austria. Congratulations Viewpoint.

EN 15038 Lead Auditor Training in Cairo
On Monday 19th July, 2010, the first training for Lead Auditor according to ISO 19011 and EN 15038 was held in Cairo.
EN 15038 Lead Auditor & Trainer of the Austrian Standards Institute, Mr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, congratulated the attendees (from left to right): Mr. Samy Shalaby from Salt Group, Mr. Ammar El-Gohary from Tagdeed, Mr. Sameh Ragab from Arabiana and Mr. Bahaa Raslan from Viewpoint.
After this successful training the four candidates shall participate in three official certification audits as “Observer” under the supervision of the Lead Auditor. Subsequently, they will obtain the official status “EN 15038 Lead Auditor of the Austrian Standards Institute”.
