In a ceremony with friendly atmosphere Mr. Victor Mihalic, CEO of EBC*L International, and Mr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, CEO of IQ+C Vienna signed the Representation Contract of Egypt. IQ+C Vienna is entitled to manage and implement the EBC*L System within the whole Arabic area
