S.A.L.T Group in Egypt - EN 15038 Certified

Being in the localisation industry for more than 12 years, SALT Group extensively learned improving its style of work in order to progressively meet our clients' satisfaction. We did all our best in this direction, such as hosting an ideal team of translators, localizers, reviewers, DTPs, Developers and PMs, which resulted in continuous trust in our services. Along this learning curve of client satisfaction efforts, we automatically developed our own internal measures (called it check lists) which proved to be of great help in monitoring our work effectively and leaving very few chances for errors.





Later, we contributed to every effort that we found beneficial in minimizing the risk of delivering unsatisfactory projects even with the slightest percentage. So, while we were so busy with the quality of our deliverables, we happened to meet Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim who successfully and professionally introduced this magic world of transferring our ideal wishes into real measured facts and parameters, a concept which matched our ideas and was splendidly in our interest; it is what we have been seeking without knowing it is over there somewhere: The European Standard EN 15038:2006 N.

Without hesitation, and armed with all the determination in the world, we went through the learning procedures of the new standards and re-arranging our in-house documents and people to be qualified with the EN 15038 requirements.

In his last audit visit to our company, July 21st 2008, after which he declared us to be European Standard EN 15038 certified, I felt that we really produced a great achievement, particularly when it is considerably reflecting our thoughts and methodology. We promise you, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim, that our certificate which you and your institute approved us to hold, is in good hands.
