I would like to know, do I have to pay each year certification fee?

Yes, as discussed during the initial audit, there are annual fees associated with the surveillance audit to ensure the ongoing validity of your ISO Certificate. These fees cover the costs related to the audit process, certification maintenance, and the continued benefits of holding a valid ISO 17100 certification.

One of the significant benefits of the yearly surveillance audit is that it provides you with added-value insights from our Lead Auditor. Our Lead Auditor is well-versed in the state-of-the-art trends in the industry and can offer recommendations on how to further improve your services and enhance your professional practices.

It's important to note that if you choose not to undergo the yearly surveillance audit, your ISO certificate will be withdrawn from the system. This means that your certificate will be removed from our back-office system, and any inquiries about the validity of your certificate will be answered negatively.

These yearly fees and audits are a standard practice within the certification process. They play a crucial role in ensuring that your procedures compliance with ISO 17100 standards is consistently assessed and upheld, contributing to the continued excellence of your services.
